As a teacher, I aim that yours is a personal experience for each individual and no two sessions are identical or feel the same for your body or mind. Yoga can be practised by anyone, and physical strength or flexibility are not prerequisites as is often believed. My goal is to guide almost anyone through a beneficial practice. REIKI: Reiki is an energy therapy which was developed in Japan.Through this technique and the use of certain symbols which practitioners are given during the attunement process healing energy is transferred in the form ki(chi,prana) to the client.It can be a hands on process where practitioner will transfer the energy in to the the chakras of the body as well as given to a person who is not present if the practitioner been attuned to that level of reiki.
REFLEXOLOGY: Reflexology is a non invasive complimentary modality involving the use of pressure using ones hands or certain tools on the reflex points of the body located on the feet or hands.It is used as a relaxation technique as well as a treatment in certain ailments.
